The cost for month to live at this complex is called the pavilion it has a lot of nice views of the Detroit skyline and the Detroit river the good thing is that for 600 a month you are not living in some dumpy one in the middle of town you got good views at the edge of town and it look really nice it is 1 bedroom 1 ½ bath home some features include… Heat/water/air included
Central air conditioning
24-hour door attendant
Vertical blinds/carpeting
Fully equipped kitchens
Complimentary fitness center
Outdoor pool/sundeck
Tennis courts nearby

Convenience store on site
Hair salon on site
Floor to ceiling windows
Digital cable ready
Spectacular views of downtown & the Detroit River
Minutes from major freeways

Now that is pretty nice if you ask me the only down side is that I would be scared to go to some of the places mentioned on this list. This is the place I want to live some day.
